The Particle Physics Research Center of Marseille Luminy is housed in 5 700 sqm building featuring state of the art technology, research equipment and premises for scientists to carry out fundamental research in. Resident searchers may also avail themselves of laboratories, workshops, assembly halls, libraries and conference halls.
The design of the building means to deliberately blur workplace hierarchy. The entire organisation, from scientists to office workers and technical staff, works together under one roof.
The building lines impart a compact and yet elegant and slender outlook . The natural settings which artfully blends in dramatic natural settings of cliffs and deep rift creeks. Its contemporary quality of brisk leanness together with its plain yet clever distribution of volumes and organisational flows convey an image of prestige, quiet elegance and avant garde totally in tune with that of our client, a world class research powerhouse.
